Distance Selling Agreement

1. Parties
This agreement is established between the service provider Remana Tech and the buyer for sales completed via digital channels.
2. Subject
The subject of this agreement is the sale and delivery conditions of Relackout software/services purchased online.
3. Fees and Payment
Product/service fees, taxes, and payment method details are shown during checkout and become binding upon confirmation.
4. Right of Withdrawal
Withdrawal rights are subject to the applicable consumer legislation. For instantly performed digital services/content, exceptions may apply after explicit approval by the buyer.
5. Disputes
In disputes arising from this agreement, applicable legal remedies and authorized bodies under Turkish law shall apply.
