Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Relackout desktop application and related services (“Services”). By using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Please read them carefully.

• Relackout / Company: Remana, the legal entity providing the Relackout products and services.
• User: The natural person using the Services.
• License: The right to use the Relackout application under specific conditions.
• Customer Portal: The web interface for managing licenses and account settings (if applicable).

• You may need to create a user account to use the Services.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for all activities under your account; you must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.

• We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Relackout desktop application in accordance with your license plan.
• The scope of your license is limited by the plan type, number of devices/activations, and subscription/license term.
• Remana reserves the right to suspend or terminate the license if we detect abuse or violation of these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Attempt to circumvent, reverse engineer, decompile or otherwise tamper with the application or license mechanisms (except where permitted by law)
• Copy, modify, or distribute the application or its components without authorization
• Use the Services for unlawful purposes
• Infringe third-party rights (including intellectual property or privacy rights)
• Use malicious software, scripts, or automation that may harm the Services or infrastructure

• We may release updates to improve the Services, fix security issues, or add features.
• Some updates may be mandatory to continue using the Services (e.g. security patches).
• Updates may change minimum supported versions without depriving you of valid license rights.

• The application may interact with third-party services (e.g. cloud infrastructure, payment processors, smart device integrations).
• The use of such third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
• Remana is not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party providers.

• The application, visual design, trademarks, logos, and related content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
• The license does not transfer any ownership rights to you.
• Documentation, sample projects, and other content remain the property of Remana or respective third parties.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• Remana shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages.
• Our total aggregate liability for direct damages may be limited to the amount actually paid for the relevant license period.
• We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party hardware, networks, or infrastructure.

• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Services.
• We will make reasonable efforts to inform users in advance of material changes.
• For time-limited licenses, remedies for significant downtime or discontinuation will be handled according to the applicable contract/plan (e.g. extension, partial refund).

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
• The parties agree to first attempt to resolve disputes amicably.
• Failing that, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul (Kartal), Turkey.

• Remana may update these Terms from time to time.
• We will notify you of material changes via in-app messages or email where appropriate.
• Continuing to use the Services after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
