1. General Principles
- Relackout is a digital software product, and license keys/activations are typically delivered instantly.
- Your refund rights are subject to consumer protection laws and specific rules applicable to online digital services in your country (Turkey).
- We aim to be transparent and to act reasonably in favor of users where appropriate.
2. Trial and Evaluation
- We may offer a free trial or demo so that you can evaluate the product before purchase (if available).
- No charges are made during the trial period.
3. Refunds for New Purchases
- If a digital license has not yet been activated or has not been substantially used, you may be entitled to a refund within a certain time frame under applicable law.
- If the license has been actively used and the product operates as described in the documentation, refund requests are generally not accepted; however, exceptional cases (severe technical incompatibility, unresolved critical issues, etc.) may be evaluated by our support team.
- If the purchase was made through a third-party store or platform, the refund process may be subject to that store’s policies.
4. Renewals and Subscriptions
- For auto-renewing subscriptions, if you cancel before the renewal date, you will not be charged for the next term.
- After renewal, and subject to mandatory Turkish law, partial refunds are typically not offered for the remainder of the billing period; however, exceptional cases may be reviewed by our support team.
5. Technical Incompatibility and Errors
Relackout is designed for supported operating systems and architectures. Minimum requirements and supported platforms are documented.
If the application does not operate as reasonably described:
- We will first attempt to resolve the issue through support and troubleshooting.
- If the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable time and it substantially prevents you from using the product, a refund or license extension may be considered.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or cancellation:
- Open a request via the customer portal or support channel.
- Include:
- The email address of your account
- Your license or order number
- The reason for your request (technical issue, wrong plan, etc.)
- Our support team will review your request as soon as possible and respond within timeframes required by applicable law.
We may ask for additional information or log files if necessary.
7. Payment Methods and Refunds
- Refunds are, where possible, issued to the original payment method.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment providers.
- Exchange rates, bank fees, and third-party charges may affect the final refund amount.
8. Compliance with Local Law
- This policy is for general information only; consumer protection laws in Turkey may provide additional rights or impose mandatory rules.
- Any provision that conflicts with mandatory local law will be considered invalid only to the extent of that conflict; the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
